LCDR is an Oregon nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation, governed by a Board of Directors and administered by an Executive Director responsible for programming and operations. We depend on grants and donations for operating funds.

  • We operate with a biennial budget that corresponds to the State Budget cycle and funded through the Oregon Office of Community Dispute Resolution (OOCDR); and

  • Funding from Oregon Housing & Community Services to maintain mediation services to Manufactured and Marina Communities; and

  • Funding from State Courts to reimburse volunteer eviction mediators for their mileage; and

  • We receive funding and grants in collaboration with our local organizations and partners.

LCDR  greatly depends on the invaluable support of our compassionate community, which generously donates their time, expertise, and funds. These contributions play a vital role in the advancement of our organization and the fulfillment of our mission.
