Organization

LCDR is an Oregon nonprofit 501(c)(3) corporation, governed by a Board of Directors and administered by an Executive Director responsible for programming and operations. We depend on grants and donations for operating funds.

We operate with a biennial budget that corresponds to the State Budget cycle and funded through the Oregon Office of Community Dispute Resolution (OOCDR); and

Funding from Oregon Housing & Community Services to maintain mediation services to Manufactured and Marina Communities; and

Funding from State Courts to reimburse volunteer eviction mediators for their mileage; and
-
We receive funding and grants in collaboration with our local organizations and partners.
