YOUTH LEADERSHIP ACADEMIES

LogowithColor.png

Since November 2012, Lincoln Community Dispute Resolution has collaborated with the Partnership Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (PAADA) to present two youth leadership academies per year, one in Fall and one in Spring.

The purpose of the Leadership Academies is to provide an opportunity for high school students from across Lincoln County to identify their ability to make a positive difference in their schools and communities.  Students focus on developing leadership and conflict management skills such as effective communication, collaboration, restorative practices, dispute management, problem-solving, and healthy lifestyles.
